360 SPORTS ACADEMY

College Recruiting

Since 2011, 360 Sports Academy has successfully secured over $500,000 in scholarship funds to help students pursue their college education. Notably, 40% of our high school seniors have gone on to play volleyball at the collegiate level, with most receiving scholarship offers. A number of these scholarship athletes have competed for local junior college teams, and many have graduated after playing on college teams throughout their college years.

360 Sports Academy is committed to increasing the proportion of club athletes receiving college scholarship offers to 50% annually over the next five years, whether through athletics or other avenues. Our ultimate objective is for 100 percent of our club members to advance to college and earn a degree.

Bernie Headley

Director of College Recruitment

360 Sports Academy is committed to guiding athletes towards college opportunities. Our Director of College Recruitment, Coach Bernie Headley, who is also our Founder, will provide invaluable support to athletes and their families as they navigate the college recruiting journey. The Sports Recruits platform will assist athletes in crafting their resumes, cover letters, and any necessary introductory letters to initiate communication with college programs. Moreover, this platform allows each player to research team requirements for various schools, as well as explore college curricula and student life. Coach Bernie will serve as a bridge between players, parents, and college coaches, utilizing a wealth of resources to help every athlete reach their aspirations. While 360 Sports Academy does not guarantee that every athlete will obtain an athletic scholarship or an opportunity to play college volleyball, we do promise that your daughter will receive the essential visibility and attention needed for the best chance at the collegiate level. We urge all athletes and parents to thoroughly consider the opportunities presented to them. If your aim is to alleviate the financial burden of college through athletics, it's crucial to explore all available options.

Please contact Coach Bernie, if you have any questions or would like to receive any additional information about a player, and/or our program.
