360 Sports Academy is a premier travel volleyball club that features an innovative training platform. This platform is designed to nurture young female athletes aspiring to compete at a higher level in volleyball.
In a distinctive approach, we have woven a social responsibility element into our training curriculum. At 360 Sports Academy, we empower young women to collaborate effectively, boost their self-confidence, and cultivate strong leadership qualities. Additionally, we promote the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through balanced nutrition and regular exercise.
As a proud member of USA Volleyball (USAV), the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA), and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), 360 Sports Academy champions the spirit of sports and its ability to unite individuals for a shared purpose.
Our coaching philosophy is based on the principles founded by our Coach’s Advisory Board. On the board is Coach Penny Lucas White. Former USAV national and professional player, and current Div I Head Coach. Coach Rose Magers Powell, 1984 Olympic Silver Medalist and Div I Head Coach. Ray Lewis, current NCAA Div II Men’s and Women's Volleyball Champion Head Coach. In addition to the wealth of coaching knowledge on our board, 360SA's Director of Volleyball Performance is former DI All-American from Ole Miss University, Nakeyta Clair. She is responsible for training all our players to compete at the next level. Our system of training will replicate college level disciplines and play, to better prepare all our players for their next level of play.
At 360 Sports Academy, we are dedicated to training our athletes with the aspiration that they will be fully prepared to compete at the collegiate level in volleyball, should they choose that path. To support this goal, our club conducts quarterly grade checks for all athletes, requiring a minimum GPA of 2.8. We understand that challenges may arise in their academic pursuits, and we are committed to providing the necessary resources to help students thrive in the classroom. Furthermore, we have established a partnership with Sports Recruits, our designated college recruiting platform, enabling athletes to create profiles and connect with college coaches. Additionally, all our high school teams will utilize Balltime accounts—our preferred video highlight and statistics provider—which allow club coaches to analyze game performances and generate individual player stats. Parents will also have access to Balltime, facilitating the creation of highlight reels that can be directly uploaded to each athlete's Sports Recruits profile page.

I saw her really flourish at 360 because of the community and the way her teammates supported each other.
This program helped my daughter build confidence in her game. It made her realize that with practice and training she can get better. It also made her think about her after high school goals. The programs not only met her needs on the court but it also helped build her character.
My daughter increased her love of volleyball while having the opportunity to build on her skills.
