WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I am a coachable athlete who’s open to all suggestions that’ll help improve my performance. I am vocal and i love to communicate to build sportsmanship on the team. Whether I’m a starter or a sub, I show passion and hunger when I’m on the court. I am confident and secure in my abilities as an athlete. I have a positive attitude, and I like to have fun.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I am very passionate about the game, I take criticism well, a hard worker on and off the court and I am willing to give my all!
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I am an academically sound student and athlete that brings a creative approach when multitasking and problem-solving. I am highly organized and focused driven. (I also play libero)
FUN FACT: I am a team motivator with endless energy.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I’ve been told numerous times that I’m coachable, the heart of my team on the court, dedicated to the sport and I love to have fun.
FUN FACT: I like to make Snapchat videos that distort the face with my 82-year-old Grandaddy who lives with us. Ask to see them.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I would want a college coach to know that I am very open to constructive criticism, and I am open to learning new skills and techniques.
FUN FACT: At almost every concert I've been to, I got to meet the artist that was performing.
DINNER WITH ONE PERSON: If I could have dinner with one person it would be Erykah Badu, because she is one of my top favorite artists, and I feel like I could learn a lot from her.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I’m very hard-working, I’m dedicated, and I’m very coachable. I have a lot to learn and I’m more than ready to do so.
FUN FACT: I love dancing (though I’m not very good at it) and listening to music to help me de-stress.
DINNER WITH ONE PERSON: An ancestor of mine from the time of slavery. Just to talk with them, and hear what they went through, and their struggles would be an honor.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: That I am a very committed and hard-working athlete with a strong mentality. But always trying to improve my skillset in volleyball.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I would love for a coach to know that I am very coachable, love to run a fast offense, athletic, quick, a leader on and off the court, very active in school, church, and my community, and would be a great asset to their program. I would also love for a coach to know that I know my purpose as a student first then an athlete. I believe in working hard, taking feedback to improve my game, making the corrections and doing a good job when it's time to show it.
FUN FACT: I like to have fun, be adventurous, and try new things that challenge my fears. So because I am afraid of heights, and have overcome some of my fear, for fun I like to snorkel, parasail, make people laugh, try fun excursions on family trips, and playing pranks on people.
DINNER WITH ONE PERSON: I would want to have dinner with Harriett Tubman and learn why was she so determined to help free slaves when her own life was at risk for death if she was caught escaping slave. I would want to know how did they come up with the hair patterns for braiding to determine their escape routes and how they thought of placing rice in their hair to eat along their escape journey.
FAVORITE MOVIE: My favorite movie is "The Princess and the Frog."
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I would want a college coach to know that I am an open-minded player who seeks tips and advice/criticism to better my position.
FUN FACT: A fun fact about me is that my zodiac sign is cancer.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: II can hit from all 3 front row positions, and even though I may be on the shorter side for a middle I never let it become an obstacle for me.
FUN FACT: I have a crazy obsession with Starbucks, I absolutely love that place
DINNER WITH ONE PERSON: Lauren Stivrins, is one of the middle blockers for the University of Nebraska, which is a big 10 school. I love watching her play and imitating what she does when I play. because she is such a powerhouse and dominant power in the middle.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: That i am very flexible when it comes to positions in the sport, & also willing to learn and work on what needs to be worked on.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I would want a college coach to know about me is that I am very determined, I can play many positions, and I am a supportive teammate. When times get hard, I don't give up.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I would like a college coach to know that I am a highly competitive person who is not afraid to step toward and be a leader. I believe in always being supportive of my teammates while competing. In addition, I am a versatile player and will do anything to help my team.
FUN FACT: I am in the process of starting a foundation to help underprivileged kids in the Chicagoland area.

I am coachable, a leader, and determined. I have a 4.3 GPA in the classroom and I participate in a lot of community service outside of school hours. I am also a participant in my BSU club at school and in our student council leadership mentor program.

FUN FACT: I really want to go to med school and be a neurosurgeon or a cardiothoracic surgeon. It’s why I’m so interested in medical shows even though in reality I know it’s nothing like the series that I enjoy watching.

DINNER WITH ONE PERSON: I would have dinner with a certified nurse-midwife or a labor and delivery nurse so that I can learn more about the process of becoming one.
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I want a college coach to know that I’m coachable and a fast learner with a hard work ethic. I’m a great team player and I always look forward to getting better and improving my skills in volleyball.
FUN FACT: I’m interested in pursuing a career in medicine. I love music and I like to play the drums.
DINNER WITH ONE PERSON: I would have dinner with my grandad because he died before I was born and I would love to get a chance to meet him and hear about his life.

WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: i love playing volleyball ever since I started I really want to improve my skills as a whole player and I want to make sure my teammates can count on me.
FUN FACT: I like to work hard to accomplish a goal that I have set in my mind
WHAT COACH SHOULD KNOW: I’m very coachable you can give me new skills and I will be thrilled to try them and expand my knowledge. I am quiet so I might not open up as much but it doesn’t stop my game. I also put a lot of stress on myself but it’s good stress I go home and practice new skills I learned from practice so the next day if I don’t think I performed well it will be corrected.
FUN FACT: I love to make money, I like to shop with friends, I love spending time with my family and friends, and I love this new hobby volleyball I’ve come across.
DINNER WITH ONE PERSON: If I could have dinner with one person it would definitely be with my grandmother. She is a great role model she had taught me to respect myself and everyone I come in contact with, she’s always there for me and my siblings and she always brings a smile to my face.
